I totally want 8 of these for my canon extension pack. Have concern for how much current they can provide to a digital device. Even better if you could also link together and output 5 volts back as a USB temp Power supply.

Not a bad idea and I am sure there will be more types of these batteries in the near future. Considering just about everything has some type of battery or charging device, this has potential.
